About the album Saturns Pattern

Saturns Pattern is the twelfth solo album by British artist Paul Weller, which was released in May 2015. It was recorded at Weller's personal studio, Black Barn Studios in Surrey, with producer Jan "Stan" Kybert, who co-composed all the songs on the record with Weller.

The album is characterized by an eclectic mix of rock, '60s soul, and psychedelia. It is considered one of his most experimental works, with influences from artists such as the Stooges, David Bowie, and Tame Impala. The first single was White Sky, followed by four others including the eponymous track of the record, which reached No. 2 on the UK charts. The album closes with the excellent These City Streets, which was accompanied by a music video.

The Saturns Pattern as an album also reached No. 2 on the UK charts and received very positive reviews, with many describing it as Paul Weller's "comeback." In the U.S., it reached No. 37 on the Rock Albums chart.
