About the album Bauhaus Staircase
OMD return after an absence of 6 years. The singer and main composer Andy McCluskey during the quarantine will rediscover his creativity and create an excellent album together with Paul Humphreys.
The original title of the album was Anthropocene. Ultimately, Bauhaus Staircase was preferred to honor the German art movement in the pre-Nazi era.
OMD themselves produced it. It reached No. 2 in Great Britain.
