Absolutely by Madness
About the album Absolutely
And so, somehow, the Londoners Madness, who had impressed with their debut the previous year, reach their second record work titled Absolutely in 1980.
The title of the album comes from a favorite phrase of their then sound engineer, Tony Duffield. The band is photographed for the cover in front of the Chalk Farm London Underground station.
Absolutely reached No.2 in Britain and its sales there reached 300,000 copies.
