Exodus by Bob Marley & The Wailers
About the album Exodus
Exodus is the ninth album of Bob Marley and his band, the Wailers. The album was released in 1977 between January and April of the same year in London, where Bob Marley had sought refuge after the assassination attempt against him in Jamaica.
Bob Marley had thought of the title Exodus as the album's name even before he had written the song of the same name or any other song on the album.
Exodus was a great commercial success for Bob Marley. In the U.S. alone, it reached 500,000 copies.
