The Doobie Brothers are an American rock band formed in 1970 in San Jose, California. The band became known for their harmonic vocals and for blending elements of rock, pop, blues, and jazz in their music. Their classic album "Toulouse Street" in 1972, as well as hits like "Listen to the Music" and "Long Train Runnin'", defined their sound and established them in the music world. The Doobie Brothers have received several honors, including their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2020.
