Manu Chao

Manu Chao, born as José-Manuel Thomas Arthur Chao on June 21, 1961, in Paris, is a French-Spanish musician, singer, and producer. He is known for his multicultural approach to music, combining various influences such as rock, reggae, ska, Latin, and world music. In the late 1980s, he was a member of the group Mano Negra, which achieved great success, especially in Europe and Latin America. Since the mid-1990s, he has pursued a solo career, releasing albums such as "Clandestino" and "Próxima Estación: Esperanza".
