Jarabe de Palo

Jarabe de Palo was a Spanish rock band founded in 1995 by singer and songwriter Pau Donés. The band gained international recognition with their hit "La Flaca" in 1996. Their music combines influences from rock, Latin, and reggae rhythms, making them particularly beloved in the Latin American and Spanish market. Pau Donés was known for his poignant songwriting and charismatic stage presence. The band remained active until 2020, with Donés's death marking the end of their journey.
