The Four Tops are a legendary American soul music group, formed in Detroit in 1953. Initially known as The Four Aims, the group consisted of Levi Stubbs, Abdul "Duke" Fakir, Renaldo "Obie" Benson, and Lawrence Payton. The Four Tops emerged as one of the most successful groups of Motown, releasing many hits during the 1960s, such as "Baby I Need Your Loving", "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch)", and "Reach Out I'll Be There".
