Barclay James Harvest is an English rock band formed in 1966 in Oldham, Lancashire. The band initially consisted of John Lees (guitar, vocals), Les Holroyd (bass, vocals), Stuart "Woolly" Wolstenholme (keyboards, vocals), and Mel Pritchard (drums). For them, the hallmark of their sound was the combination of progressive rock with elements of art rock and symphonic rock. Barclay James Harvest gained fame in the 1970s, releasing albums such as "Everyone Is Everybody Else" and "Gone to Earth." The band is known for its melodic compositions and multifaceted concerts. They remain active in the music scene, although there have been various lineup changes over the years.
