About the album Tyrannosaurus Hives
The Hives from Sweden made a sensation with Tyrannosaurus Hives in 2004. It is a rock dynamite fully integrated into the musical framework of that era when there was a revival for the garage sound.
The songs are compositions of a certain Randy Fitzsimmons, who is the pseudonym of guitarist Niklas Almqvist.
It was the third album of the Hives and the most commercially successful. In their homeland, it sold 30,000 copies and in the United Kingdom another 100,000.
