About the album Music From Big Pink
The American and Canadian Band will release Music From Big Pink in mid-1968, which will be their debut.
Bob Dylan is also involved in the composition of three of the eleven tracks on the album, and he was the one who painted the album cover.
Big Pink was nothing but a house with a big pink wall outside of New York, where the band gathered to practice and record. The distinctive album cover was a statement from the band that they did not belong to the "psychedelic world" that prevailed in the U.S. at that time.
