About the album The Principle Of Moments

Robert Plant's second solo album will be titled The Principle Of Moments and will be released in 1983. Robert Plant adopts the sound of synth-pop, which is dominant at that time as a musical trend, and adapts his blues-rock roots to it.

On the drums, we hear Phil Collins contributing his skills to most of the songs, who also accompanied Robert Plant on the album promotion tour in the USA and Canada. The big hit of the album was the song Big Log, which closed the album and reached No.11 in the UK and No.20 on the Billboard as a single.

The Principle Of Moments managed to reach No.7 in the United Kingdom and No.8 in the USA, where it went platinum with the 1,000,000 copies it sold.
