About the album Open Up And Say … ahh
Poison was a band from Pennsylvania that fully embraced the glam metal sound of mid-‘80s Los Angeles and thus achieved huge success with their second album Open Up And Say … aah in 1988.
The album sold 5,000,000 copies in the U.S. alone.
Initially, it was agreed and arranged for Paul Stanley from Kiss to be the album's producer, but ultimately Tom Werman took over the production.
