2020 will be the year that Norah Jones records and presents her seventh album titled Pick Me Up Off The Floor. The album is filled with jazz melodies and compositions that the now forty-year-old Norah Jones interprets and showcases with her wonderful voice. Musically, the album moves between jazz folk and jazz pop.
Pick Me Up Off The Floor was produced by the artist herself, as well as Jeff Tweedy. The record was recorded in various studios in New York. A total of five singles were released from the album, with the first being I'm Alive and the fifth being Flame Twin.
Surprisingly, Norah Jones's album reached the highest positions on the charts in Europe and not in the U.S., where it became Jones's first album not to reach a position in the Top-10 of the Billboard.
