Tango In The Night by Fleetwood Mac
About the album Tango In The Night
Tango In The Night is the fourteenth album by Fleetwood Mac and essentially the last album featuring the classic lineup of the band.
The album started as a solo project by Lindsey Buckingham, but evolved into a project involving the entire group. The producer of the album is Richard Dashut, with whom Fleetwood Mac had collaborated on many of their previous works. The album's cover, interesting from an artistic point of view, is an actual painting that was in Lindsey Buckingham's home. The title of the painting is "Homage à Henri Rousseau" by Australian artist Brett-Livingstone Strong.
The album is the band's second most commercially successful album with 15,000,000 sales and the six singles which received extensive radio - and not only - airplay at the time.
