Traffic
Traffic was a British rock band formed in 1967 in Birmingham by Steve Winwood, Jim Capaldi, Chris Wood, and Dave Mason. The band is known for including elements of psychedelic rock, jazz, and folk music in their artistic approach. Traffic achieved success mainly in the late 1960s and early 1970s, with successful albums such as "Mr. Fantasy" and "The Low Spark of High Heeled Boys." The band underwent various lineup changes and disbanded in 1974 but was reformed the following year and continued to tour and record until 1994. Traffic has been recognized as one of the significant bands of the era and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
