Tina Turner, born Anna Mae Bullock on November 26, 1939, was an American singer, songwriter, and actress, known for her powerful voice and explosive stage presence. She began her career with Ike Turner, and together they created hits such as "River Deep – Mountain High." However, her international fame soared in the 1980s with her solo career and the album "Private Dancer." She has won numerous Grammy Awards and is considered one of the most influential figures in rock music. Tina retired from touring in 2009 and passed away on May 24, 2023.
