Therapy? is an alternative metal band from Antrim, Northern Ireland, formed in 1989 by guitarist and vocalist Andy Cairns and drummer Fyfe Ewing. The band became known in the 1990s, mainly with the 1994 album "Troublegum," which achieved great success in many countries. Their music is characterized by intense guitars, emotional lyrics, and mixes of different musical genres. With influences from punk, metal, and rock, Therapy? managed to create a unique identity in the music scene. The band's lineup has changed several times, but the passion for creation and their energetic presence at concerts remain their consistent features.
