Group
Screaming Trees was an American rock band formed in 1985 in Ellensburg, Washington. The band consisted of Mark Lanegan, Gary Lee Conner, Van Conner, and Barrett Martin. They are considered part of the grunge movement, although their music included elements of psychedelic rock and alternative rock. The band became more well-known during the 1990s, especially with their album "Sweet Oblivion" and the hit single "Nearly Lost You." Although they disbanded in 2000, their music continues to be influential and recognized by alternative rock enthusiasts.
