About the album Dust
The seventh and final album of Screaming Trees will be Dust in 1996, and it will also bring success to the band from the state of Washington. In Dust, one will hear elements from folk and blues music to psychedelia and punk.
The first single was All I Know, which entered the Top-10 of the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart, while the second was Sworn And Broken.
In the production of the album, we have George Drakoulias since the producer of their previous album, Dan Fleming, could not collaborate with them. On the guitar in Dying Days, we have Mike McCready from Pearl Jam. On the organ and piano, plays Benmont Tench (a founding member of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers).
