Republica

Republica is a British rock band formed in 1994. The band is known for its distinctive sound, which combines elements of alternative rock, electronic music, and dance. The band's lineup includes Saffron (real name Samantha Sprackling) as the lead singer, while Tim Dorney and Andy Todd are responsible for the keyboards and production. Republica gained international recognition with the successful single "Ready to Go" and their self-titled debut album in 1996. Their album reached high positions in the charts and established them as a notable name in the music scene of the '90s. After a temporary disbandment, the band reunited and continues to perform live and at music festivals.
