Radio Futura was a Spanish rock music band founded in 1979 in Madrid. They are considered one of the most important bands of the Movida Madrileña, the cultural movement of the 1980s in Spain. The band's members were Herminio Molero, Enrique Sierra, Luis Auserón, Santiago Auserón, and Javier Pérez Grueso, although there were various changes in its lineup over the years. Their music combined influences from rock, punk, and new wave, creating a unique sound that gained popularity both in Spain and internationally. Some of their most well-known songs are "Enamorado de la moda juvenil" and "Escuela de calor." The band disbanded in 1992, leaving behind a significant legacy in the Spanish music scene.
