Prince Buster, born Cecil Bustamente Campbell, was one of the pioneers of ska and rocksteady music in Jamaica. Born on May 24, 1938, in Kingston, Jamaica, he became known in the 1960s thanks to his unique arrangements and the creation of the band "The All Stars". His hits, such as "Madness" and "Al Capone", laid the foundations for the future development of reggae. In addition to being an artist, he was also a producer and entrepreneur, leaving an indelible mark on the music industry. Prince Buster passed away on September 8, 2016, but his influence remains alive.
