My Bloody Valentine
Group
My Bloody Valentine is an Irish alternative rock band formed in Dublin in 1983. The band members include Kevin Shields (guitar, vocals), Bilinda Butcher (guitar, vocals), Colm Ó Cíosóig (drums), and Debbie Googe (bass). They are known for their pioneering sound that combines noisy guitars and ethereal vocals, making them key pioneers of the "shoegaze" genre. Their iconic album "Loveless" from 1991 is considered one of the most important and influential albums in the history of alternative music. After years of hiatus, the band reunited and continues to play live and create new music.
