Mudhoney is a band from Seattle, Washington, formed in 1988. The band is known for its influence on the grunge movement, combining elements of punk rock and garage rock. The founding members include Mark Arm (vocals, guitar), Steve Turner (guitar), Dan Peters (drums), and Matt Lukin (bass), who was later replaced by Guy Maddison. Their first EP, "Superfuzz Bigmuff," is one of their most influential releases and has helped shape the sound of grunge. Mudhoney continues to create music and perform worldwide.
