Mordred

Mordred is an American thrash metal band from San Francisco, formed in 1984. They are known for their innovative use of funk elements in their music, being one of the first bands to incorporate different music genres into thrash metal. They released their first album, "Fool's Game," in 1989, which was followed by "In This Life" in 1991. After a hiatus in the '90s, Mordred later reunited with new material and continued to influence the metal scene with their innovative ideas.
