Ministry

Ministry is an American industrial metal band formed in 1981 by Al Jourgensen in Chicago. Initially, they started as a synth-pop group, but quickly changed direction, incorporating harder elements like heavy metal and punk into their music. They became known with albums such as "The Land of Rape and Honey" and "Psalm 69," which defined the industrial metal scene. Ministry has influenced many bands and continues to be active with dynamic live performances and socio-politically charged songs.
