Kaka de Luxe

Kaka de Luxe was a Spanish punk band formed in 1977 in Madrid during the Spanish transition period. They are considered one of the first and most important bands of the La Movida Madrileña movement. The band, although short-lived, left a strong influence on the music scene. It consisted of members such as Carlos Berlanga and Alaska, who went on to create successful musical groups such as Alaska y los Pegamoides and Dinarama. Kaka de Luxe did not have great commercial success, but their work is appreciated for its originality and bold social criticism.
