Cold War Kids

Cold War Kids is an American indie rock band formed in 2004 in Long Beach, California. The original members of the band were Nathan Willett (vocals, piano, guitar), Matt Maust (bass), Jonnie Russell (guitar), and Matt Aveiro (drums). They are known for their combination of elements from blues, soul, and punk, with lyrics that often cover themes of modern society and personal exploration. Their first album, "Robbers & Cowards," was released in 2006 and since then many other works have followed, such as "Loyalty to Loyalty," "Mine Is Yours," and "Hold My Home".
