Cactus was an American blues rock band, which was formed on Long Island in 1969 by former members of Vanilla Fudge, Tim Bogert and Carmine Appice. Initially, guitarist Jeff Beck was also intended to be part of the group's composition, but this did not proceed as he had a car accident that kept him away from music for a year. Among the albums that the band recorded are "Cactus" in 1970, "One Way... or Another" in 1971, and "Restrictions" again in 1971. After many changes and reunions, Cactus continues to this day.
