Blitzkrieg

Blitzkrieg is a British heavy metal band formed in 1980 in Leicester, England. They are known for their contribution to the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) movement. The band, with lead singer Brian Ross, gained fame thanks to their energetic style and dynamic lyrics. Their debut album "A Time of Changes" was released in 1985 and includes the titular track "Blitzkrieg," which was later covered by Metallica. Despite splitting up and changes in their lineup, Blitzkrieg continued to release music and perform live, remaining a respected name in the heavy metal scene.
