Black, whose real name was Colin Vearncombe, was a British singer and songwriter known for his international hit "Wonderful Life" released in 1986. Born on May 26, 1962, in Liverpool, England, he began his music career in the 1980s. Black's style was characterized by melodic pop music with thoughtful lyrics. During his career, he released several albums and had a dedicated fan base. He lost his life at the age of 53, on January 26, 2016, after a car accident.
