Pump UpThe Jam  by Technotronic

The Belgian dance music act known as Technotronic appeared out of nowhere, and with the help of MTV, they took the pop music scene by storm with Pump Up The Jam, a record that was released in the late '80s. With this first work, Technotronic announced loudly that they could carry European dance music on their shoulders.

Behind the whole Pump Up The Jam project was the music producer and composer Jo Bogaert. From the album, five singles emerged, which were loved and danced to by many people. However, apart from the successful singles, the other compositions were not notable.

The fact that the album sold 1,000,000 copies in the U.S. alone speaks for itself.
