About the album Every Home Should Have One
The New Yorker Patti Austin released Every Home Should Have One in 1981 with Quincy Jones producing the album, who brought the whole sound to his known R&B standards, and combined with Austin's voice, a very good sample of black music in the early eighties is presented.
The big hit of the album is Baby, Come To Me, in which we hear Patti Austin singing it with James Ingram, creating a song that made quite an impression.
The album reached No. 36 on the Billboard.
