Willie Hutch was an American singer, songwriter, and record producer, primarily known for his contribution to the soul and R&B music scene. Born on December 6, 1944, in Los Angeles, California, he rose to prominence through his collaboration with the legendary Motown record label. He is famous for the soundtrack of the movie "The Mack" and for his work on various Motown artists' albums such as the Jackson 5. Besides his artistic role, Willie Hutch contributed as a producer and composer to many soul artists. He passed away on September 19, 2005, leaving behind a rich musical legacy.
