Velvet Revolver

Velvet Revolver was an American rock band formed in 2002 and disbanded in 2008. The band was established by former Guns N' Roses members such as Slash (guitar), Duff McKagan (bass), and Matt Sorum (drums), along with Dave Kushner (guitar) and singer Scott Weiland from Stone Temple Pilots. Their first album, "Contraband," was released in 2004 and achieved great success, including the successful single "Slither". It was followed by "Libertad" in 2007. Velvet Revolver combined elements of hard rock and alternative rock, creating a unique sound mix. Despite their brief career, they left a significant mark on the rock scene of the 2000s.
