Tesla

Tesla is an American rock band that was formed in 1981 in Sacramento, California. The band was originally called "City Kidd" but changed its name to "Tesla" in 1986 in honor of inventor Nikola Tesla. Their musical style combines heavy metal, hard rock, and elements from blues, making them popular in the late 1980s. Their debut album, "Mechanical Resonance," was released in 1986 and achieved great success with tracks such as "Modern Day Cowboy".
