Skid Row is an American heavy metal band formed in 1986 in Toms River, New Jersey. The original lineup included Dave Sabo (guitar), Rachel Bolan (bass), Scotti Hill (guitar), Rob Affuso (drums), and Sebastian Bach (vocals). They became famous in 1989 with their self-titled album, which featured hits like "18 and Life" and "Youth Gone Wild." Their second album, "Slave to the Grind" in 1991, continued their success, reaching the top of the music charts. Although the band's lineup has changed over the years, Skid Row continued to make music and tour, maintaining their reputation as one of the most influential bands of their era.
