Herbie Hancock

Herbie Hancock is a distinguished American pianist, composer, and music producer, mainly known for his work in jazz music. He was born on April 12, 1940, in Chicago, Illinois. From a young age, he showed his talent for the piano, and later studied at the Chicago College of Music. He became known as a member of Miles Davis's classic quintet in the 1960s and contributed to the evolution of jazz and funk with successful albums such as "Maiden Voyage" and "Headhunters."
