Eddie Kendricks was an American singer and songwriter, best known as a member of the famous group The Temptations. Born on December 17, 1939, in Union Springs, Alabama, Eddie Kendricks stood out for his exceptional vocal ability, particularly his high voice and distinctive tenor. As a member of The Temptations from 1960, he contributed to hits such as "My Girl," "The Way You Do the Things You Do," and "Just My Imagination."
