Diamond Head is a British heavy metal band formed in 1976 in Stourbridge, England. They are known as pioneers of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal (NWOBHM) movement. The original lineup included Brian Tatler (guitar) and Sean Harris (vocals), who were the main songwriters. The band gained fame with their debut album "Lightning to the Nations" (1980), which includes some of their most recognizable songs, such as "Am I Evil?". Diamond Head continued to influence later generations of artists and are considered a significant influence on bands like Metallica and Megadeth.
