About the album My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts
Eno and Byrne collaborated for the first time in 1978 on the album More Songs About Buildings And Food.
Over the next two years, they recorded together intermittently the compositions that would eventually become My Life In The Bush Of Ghosts.
The album is the epitome of experimentation. Musical genres and sounds that seemed irreconcilable and foreign were united and amazed. Funk, African rhythms, oriental music, electronic sounds, samplings, rock, simple speeches, all together.
